The Fondaco di Opi is a local shop conceived as a natural extension of the stay experience at La Pieja di Opi. In the project materials it is described as “the shop of flavours and knowledge”, with a clear purpose: to highlight local products, producers, craftsmanship and the culture of the territory, creating a tangible connection between hospitality and the local economy.
It is located in the village of Opi, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park., and is designed as a meeting point between those who produce and those who travel. For this reason, the Fondaco is not simply a shop window. It is a place that gives shape to a broader idea of experience — discovering a territory through what you taste, observe and take with you.
